The Root Cafe’s Jonathan Arrington and Jack Sundell will present five courses, each focused on a different fruit or berry from The Natural State. We’re not gonna lie, though: We’re already looking forward to dessert.

Chinese Fried Chicken and Hay Fries

The owners of Little Rock’s Three Fold Noodle + Dumpling Co. have opened a new concept in their original Center Street location called Haybird, a restaurant serving a Chinese take on Southern fried chicken, which consists of fried boneless breasts and legs served over super thin-cut “hay” fries.
