Not that you really need to be reminded where you’re at (unless you’ve spent a little too much time perusing Rock Town’s wares), but it couldn’t help to reorient yourself. After all, seeing as the Little Rock distillery has made its bones crafting some of the finest (legal) spirits in the state—case in point, its recent accolades from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and Ultimate Spirit Challenge—it’s a little tough to believe they’d’ve had the time to craft a stellar cocktail program on top of it all. But sure enough, they did. A distinguished take on the deceptively simple, much-loved barroom favorite, the Thomas Collinsworth elevates the classic with the distillery’s barrel-aged gin, Rich Demerara syrup, pink lemon juice and, of course, an egg-white froth emblazoned with Rock Town’s logo via rice-paper transfer.
